  1. Clean the mushrooms, wash well and slice.
  2. Scald with boiling water, drain and put in a pan with the finely chopped onion and a tablespoon of butter.
  3. Fry for a few minutes, then add sour cream.
  4. Add salt, pepper and bake for 1 hour.
