This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Edmonds Estate in Canton, Texas in 1987.

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- Combine lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss mushrooms in the dressing and serve immediately.
