  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Rub mustard evenly over pork tenderloin
  3. Sprinkle evenly with rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until thermometer registers 160° (slightly pink).
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Yield: 4 servings
