- 1 (19 ounces) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ½ cup tahini (sesame sauce)
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
