Ingredients[]
- 2 Red Delicious apples
- ¼ cup clear French dressing
- 6-8 oz. Alaska snow crab, frozen or canned
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ½ cup diced celery
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- salad greens
Directions[]
- Dice apples and toss with french dressing.
- Drain and slice crab.
- Toss crab, cucumber and celery with apples.
- Chill.
- Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed and salt.
- Mix with salad.
- Serve on salad plates lined with greens.
