  1. Combine avocado, onion, lemon juice, chile peppers, salt, Worcestershire, tabasco sauce and garlic.
  2. Cook tomato in a dry skillet until moisture is absorbed and tomato pieces turn light brown; cool before adding to avocado mixture.
