- 5 lb Lamb shoulder (boned, rolled & tied)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cup HONEY mustard SAUCE
Heat oven to 350. Rub meat with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Roast 1 1/2 hours. During final 15 minutes, brush with sauce every 5 minutes, then once more just before serving. Serve remaining sauce with roast.
