- 1 large White Onion (about 2 cups sliced)
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 sprinkle salt to taste
- 3 Jalapeno chile (fresh)
- Handle fresh chile with care, slice jalapenos very thinly.
- Add onions and jalapenos to pickling mixture, store in refrigerator for 2–3 days, stirring occasionally.
onions will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
