  1. In blender, puree tofu until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend well.
  3. Mixture should be fairly smooth, with small bits of

artichoke.

  1. Put into a small, greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350 F for about 10 – 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
