  1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic for a few minutes.
  3. Add cayenne pepper and reduce heat.
  4. Add greens to pot.
  5. Cook over medium heat for several minutes with the pot covered.
  6. Add water or broth.
  7. Cover.
  8. Cook over low heat until greens are tender.
  9. Season to taste.
  10. Serve hot.
