Beef Teriyaki (Goes great with this!)
- 1 carton of Egg Beaters (equivalent to 4 eggs)
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup vinegar - red or white
- onion, to taste
- celery, to taste
- green pepper, to taste
- Whip above ingredients and heat on stove until thick (scorches easily).
- Cook potatoes, let cool.
- Add onion, celery, green pepper, or any other vegetables and seasonings you want (no fat, of course).
- Mix all together.
