  1. Tear the angel food cake into bite-size pieces.
  2. Press into an 11 x 7- inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, milk and light sour cream.
  4. Beat until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  5. Spread over the cake.
  6. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the cake.
  7. Chill thoroughly until serving time.
