No Bake Fruit Squares
- 1 C. Seedless Raisins
- 1/2 C. dried apricots
- 1/2 C. Dried figs
- 1 C. dates
- 1/2 C. candied orange peel
- 1/4 C. Candied cherries
- 1 C. Chopped walnuts
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
Confectioners' sugar
Wash The Raisins, apricots And figs. Grind TogetherAlong With dates, candied orange peel, cherries AndWalnuts. Add Enough orange juice to Hold The FruitsAnd Nuts Together. Mix Well. Press Into a Greased 8 x
- 8 x 2 Inch Pan.
Chill Several Hours or Overnight in Refrigerator. CutIn Squares. Roll Squares in Confectioners' sugar.
Makes 2 Dozen Pieces.
