  1. Melt the butter, add sugar and beat in the eggs and milk.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients and add, mixing well.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  4. Fry in a small amount of butter on a griddle.
  5. Serve with butter and sugar.
