  1. Beat eggs lightly in top of double boiler; stir in sugar and flour.
  2. Add vinegar and water; cook stirring until thickened.
  3. Stir in butter; cool.
  4. Peel bananas; dip into cooked dressing.
  5. Roll into nuts; arrange on lettuce-lined salad plates.
