- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 rounded tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Peel and slice mangos and place in a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix topping ingredients until smooth and pour over mangos.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 – 15 minutes, reduce to 375°F for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
