Serve hot with hot pap or agidi.
- 1 kg. of freshwater yam
- 1 tablespoonful of chili pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 magi cube
- Chop the onion
- Peel,wash and grate yam
- Beat in salt, pepper and chopped onion
- Add shrimps and magi
- Taste for salt, and add more as desired.
- Deep dry in deep oil.
