Ingredients[]
- ½ lb okra 225 g
- 1 firm tomato (diced)
- 1 stick celery (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt 2 ml
- ½ tsp black pepper 2 ml
- 1 small green pepper (chopped)
- 1 tbsp margarine or olive oil 15 ml
Directions[]
- In a sauce pan boil okras.
- Drain and set aside.
- Prepare other vegetables.
- Melt margarine.
- Add okra, celery, tomato and sweet pepper.
- Stir fry for about 3 – 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve hot.
- Accompaniment to the main course.
