  1. Cook onion and celery in butter in large skillet until tender crisp.
  2. Add rice, broccoli, chicken soup, cheese spread, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Spoon into buttered 1½ to 2-quart baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake 3 minutes longer, or until cheese melts.
