Makes 2½ cups stuffing, enough for 3 – 4 pound chicken.

  1. Cook celery and onions in oleo until tender, adding chopped giblets if desired.
  2. Add milk to coarsely crushed cracker crumbs.
  3. Stir in onion mixture, egg, parsley, sage and thyme, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well.
