Ingredients[]
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped ripe olives
- 1/4 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoonhot pepper sauce
- paprika for garnish
Directions[]
Combine rice, Cheddar cheese, onions, olives, bread crumbs, salt, egg lemon juice and pepper sauce in large mixing bowl. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; place on well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm
