  1. Combine soup mix, rice, parsley and basil; store in covered container.
  2. Before using, stir rice mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Combine 1½ cups rice mix with 2 cups water in medium saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil, simmer covered 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
