Open Sesame Salad

2 heads iceberg lettuce, chilled 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds Salt Pepper to taste 1/2 cup oil 3 t. vinegar Cherry tomatoes for garnish

Cut lettuce into chunks. In large salad bowl, mix lettuce, Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. Season. Drizzle on oil and vinegar and toss with tomatoes. Source: :My Old Recipes
