Orange Cappuccino Mix

1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup powdered or freeze dried instant coffee (dry) 1 t. dried orange peel 1/4 t. ground cinnamon

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed 30 seconds, stopping blender after 15 seconds to stir, or process 5 to 10 seconds, until well mixed. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 6 months. About 1 cup mix, or 24 servings. For each serving, place 2 t. mix in cup or mug and add 2/3 cup boiling water. For 6 servings, place 1/4 cup mix in heatproof container and add 4 cups boiling water. to microwave, for each serving, stir 2 t. mix into 2/3 cup water in microwavable cup or mug.
