A light and airy pie to please any sweet tooth! fresh orange flavour accents a smooth chocolate mousse filling.

  1. Melt first amount of butter in small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add wafer crumbs and icing sugar.
  4. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Reserve 2 tbsp. (30 ml) crumb mixture in small bowl.
  6. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly in bottom and up sides of ungreased 9 inch (23 cm) pie plate.
  7. Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Cool.
  9. Beat next 4 ingredients in large bowl until combined.
  10. Add cream cheese and second amount of granulated sugar.
  11. Beat until smooth.
  12. Add concentrated orange juice and zest.
  13. Beat well.
  14. Beat remaining 3 ingredients with same beaters in medium bowl until smooth and thickened.
  15. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  16. Spread evenly in pie shell.
  17. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  18. Chill for at least 3 hours until set.
