  1. Place meat in self-closing plastic bag.
  2. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, ginger; garlic powder and red pepper.
  3. Reserve half of the marinade; pour remaining marinade over steak.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.
  5. Sauté beef and 3 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds in hot oil in a large skillet over high heat about 3 minutes or until beef is browned.
  6. Remove beef from skillet and keep warm.
  7. Add vegetables and cook and stir until crisp tender, about 3–5 minutes.
  8. Combine reserved marinade with cornstarch and sugar.
  9. Add to skillet and bring to a boil.
  10. Return beef to skillet. Stir and heat through.
  11. Top with remaining 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds and serve over rice, if desired.
  12. Makes 6 servings.
