This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hager estate in Canton, Texas in 1982.

  1. Beat potatoes, orange juice, nutmeg and ginger with mixer then spoon into baking dish that has been coated well with cooking spray.
  2. Mix pecans, orange rind and cinnamon then sprinkle over potato mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 °F for 20 minutes.
