  1. Squeeze oranges-remove seeds.
  2. Put in a large mug or bowl, add water.
  3. Add rind of orange (about ¼ cup).
  4. Add cloves, cinnamon, raisin and ginger.
  5. Bring to a bowl-simmer for 10 – 15 minutes. (cool).
  6. Add yeast, mix well.
  7. Cover and leave for 12 – 14 days.
  8. Strain, cool, bottle and label.
