- 1 qt. quality vanilla ice cream
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip type whipped topping
- 12 oreo cookies, crushed
- Allow ice cream to soften slightly.
- Mix with whipped topping.
- Fold in cookies.
- Freeze mixture in square pan.
- About 20 minutes before serving, cut dessert into squares and allow to thaw.
