- 2½ cups natural lemon juice (organic of course)
- 2 cups hot water
- 800 g sugar (raw)
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- Boiling water with sugar until it can stand the drop of the mixture as a knot over the nail (five minutes).
- Add the zest and the lemon.
- Remove from heat and put the lemon juice.
- Location in bottles in the fridge and when I want to drink lemonade, put 2 fingers in a glass and fill with cold water.
