Description
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2½ cups cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
- 3 cups cooked rice, cooled
- 1 cup sliced celery
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 14-ounce can fancy mixed Chinese vegetables, rinsed and drained
