Makes 4 servings
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 x 16-ounce package frozen Broccoli
- red peppers
- bamboo shoots
- straw mushrooms
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
Heat oils in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables; stir-fry several minutes. Add rice and soy sauce; cook and stir until rice is heated, gently separating grains. Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired.
