Ingredients[]
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ lb butter or margarine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3⅓ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup flake coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
Topping[]
- ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions[]
- Beat first 6 ingredients together well.
- Fold in coconut, nuts, and pineapple.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until tests done.
Topping[]
- Mix all ingredients and spread on cake.
- Return to oven and bake 5 minutes or until topping bubbles and is slightly browned.
