  1. Place pork, fat side up in a roasting pan or deep casserole dish.
  2. Combine water ad liquid smoke; pour over meat.
  3. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Cover and roast in electric oven at 400°F for 3 hours.
  5. Remove from pan and shred pork.
