  1. Season oysters with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice pimento into 12 strips, placing one strip on each oyster.
  3. Wrap each oyster with a strip of bacon, closing with a toothpick or skewer.
  4. Broil about 8 minutes, browning bacon to a golden crisp.
