  1. Place steak on large piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Layer vegetables in order given.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap in foil, sealing ends securely.
  5. Bake at 350f for 1 hour.
  6. Microwave: place in plastic wrap.
  7. Cook on high for 10 minutes.
