  1. Cut all of the tomatoes,onion and potato, heat oil, add the onion and fry until they are translucent.
  2. Add the ginger paste, potatoes, salt and haldi.
  3. Cover to cook for a few minutes.
  4. Mix the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes add some water if necessary.
  5. Add hara dhania and red chile powder.
  6. Cook until the potatoes are done.
  7. Mix in the macroni (already boiled) adjust the seasoning.
  8. Garnish with hara dhania and cheese sprinkle.
