Pakisthanicucumbersalad

  1. Peel the cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove and discard the seeds.
  3. Cut the cucumbers crosswise into half-inch slices.
  4. Add tomatoes finely cut.
  5. In a wide mouth bottle with a tight fitting lid combine the sauce ingredients and shake until thoroughly blended.
  6. Pour over the slices of cucumber and toss just before serving.
  7. Serve cold.
