This Recipe Came From an Estate Sale from The Steep Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1989.
Ingredients[]
- 1 cup dried apricots
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ pound shredded coconut
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions[]
- Using a food processor, mix apricots, nut meats and coconut
- Add lemon Juice
- Shape into balls and roll in grated nuts
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
