  1. In medium sauté pan, heat oil, garlic, and rosemary over medium heat.
  2. Add scallops to pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper and allow to cook for two minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Turn and finish until done, approximately two minutes or when thoroughly cooked.
