  1. Mix the butter and sugar.
  2. Add the egg, yuca flour, wheat flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Mix well and add the aguardiente to the mix.
  4. Shape into small balls and place them in a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes.
