- mint leaves, chopped and crashed
- grated coconut

- In a glass bowl, combine the papaya pieces and crashed mint leaves.
- Add some sugar water and stir gently.
- Cover the fruit salad and allow it to stand for 30 minutes before serving.
- Top with grated coconut before serving.
