Parmesan-Paprika Potatoes
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. flour 2 Tbsp. paprika 1/2 t. pepper 8 small potatoes, with skin 2/3 c. butter, melted Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika and pepper in a small bowl. Cut potatoes into small wedges and cover with the Parmesan mixture. Drizzle with butter, stir and bake in a 13x9-inch pan at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir potatoes during baking periold.
