  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine spices, bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow bowl.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in the buttermilk, then in the crumb mixture.
  4. Lightly coat a baking pan with oil.
  5. Place chicken, bone side down, on the pan.
  6. Bake, covered, for 25 minutes or until done.
