Directions Edit

  1. Pie crust combine all ingredients in processor bowl and process until well blended.
  2. Press into bottom and up sides of a greased 9" pie plate.
  3. Do not bake.
  4. cheese cake process cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla for 30 sec.
  5. Spread cheese mixture over crust.
  6. Bake in 375 °F oven for 25 – 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Topping combine all ingredients and process.
  9. Spread over cake and return to oven for five min.
  10. Cool and chill.
