Ingredients
- 1 cup Matzo meal
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Farfel
- 6 oz Choc. chips for passover
- 1 cup Chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Mothers margerine melted
Directions
- Chocolate chip cookies combine matzo meal, Sugar, farfel, chocolate chips, nuts.
- Beat eggs with melted margering, pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet 1" apart.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 min.
