Ingredients
- 1 cup matzo meal
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup farfel
- 6 oz chocolate chips for Passover
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Mother's margarine melted
Directions
- chocolate chip cookies combine matzo meal, sugar, farfel, chocolate chips, nuts.
- Beat eggs with melted margarine, pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet 1" apart.
- Bake at 350 °F for 20 min.
