  1. Stir coffee into cake mix.
  2. Break egg into measuring cup.
  3. Add oil and liquid to measure ½ cup mix as directed on pkg.
  4. Fold in raisins and nuts.
  5. Chill in refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  6. Drop by tsp onto greased cookie sheet.
