Honey-Dijon Dressing


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions then drain in a colander.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, spinach, tomatoes and peas with the pasta.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the dressing and mix well.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss well to coat.
  5. Serve with pistachios garnished on top.
