  1. Purée ingredients in blender.

Sandwich Edit

  1. Lay 4 slices bread on a cutting board.
  2. Spread each with 1 tbs cream cheese, top with lox and cucumber.
  3. Spread 4 more slices bread with rest of cream cheese.
  4. Place spread side down on cucumber, spread top slice with whitefish salad.
  5. Cover with remaining bread.
  6. Cut corner to corner.
  7. Serving suggestions: sprinkle soup with freshly ground pepper, garnish with chives.
